Return & Replacement Policy

At Vexen, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, OR
  • The customer requests a return due to size issues or personal preference

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


2. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear products
  • Customized or made-to-order items

(Sale items are eligible for return unless stated otherwise)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For other reasons (size, preference), return shipping may be charged or adjusted

6. Replacement Policy

We currently provide replacement only (no direct refunds).

  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If the product is unavailable, store credit may be provided

7. Replacement Processing Time

  • After the returned product is received and inspected,
  • Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Important Notes

  • Vexen reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving replacement
  • Returns requested after the allowed period may not be accepted
  • In case of disputes, the decision of Vexen will be final
