Return & Replacement Policy

At Vexen, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, OR
- The customer requests a return due to size issues or personal preference
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear products
- Customized or made-to-order items
(Sale items are eligible for return unless stated otherwise)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@vexen.in
- Provide your Order ID and reason for return
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your location.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost
- For other reasons (size, preference), return shipping may be charged or adjusted
6. Replacement Policy
We currently provide replacement only (no direct refunds).
- Replacement is subject to product availability
- If the product is unavailable, store credit may be provided
7. Replacement Processing Time
- After the returned product is received and inspected,
- Replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days
8. Important Notes
- Vexen reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving replacement
- Returns requested after the allowed period may not be accepted
- In case of disputes, the decision of Vexen will be final
